Focus is
a
not-for-profit refereed online
journal of the
Institute
of
International
Development
in collaboration with
Florida
International
University,
whose purpose is to present the scholarly work of graduate
students in the
interdisciplinary
field of
International and Comparative Education.
The journal’s objective is to provide a much-desired venue for
the publication of these academic efforts.
In Focus is
committed to the diversity of people and disciplines. In Focus
opens communication by presenting diverse perspectives. In
Focus exemplifies innovation by providing a scholarly on-line
journal for graduate student publications run by peers.
Graduate
research students make up the editorial board of the journal and
are overseen by faculty and a practitioner advisory board.
